I am a passionate, DELTA-qualified English teacher with over 14 years of experience teaching English to adults. I love supporting people to develop their fluency and I enjoy developing lessons and courses that are tailored to client needs.

I grew up in the USA and have lived and worked in the UK, which means that I can teach Amer­i­can or British Eng­lish. I’ve also lived and worked in Ukraine and Ger­many, so I have first-hand expe­ri­ence of learn­ing new lan­guages in order to get around in dai­ly life as well as func­tion at work. It also means that I’ve helped hun­dreds of adults from dif­fer­ent cul­tur­al back­grounds gain con­fi­dence to speak Eng­lish at home, at work and abroad.

My strengths as a teacher include focus­ing on prac­ti­cal and func­tion­al lan­guage for com­mu­ni­cat­ing clear­ly in Eng­lish. This will help you start con­fi­dent­ly using Eng­lish in your work or dai­ly life as quick­ly as pos­si­ble. My expe­ri­ence teach­ing Eng­lish in NGOs, uni­ver­si­ties, con­tin­u­ing edu­ca­tion insti­tu­tions, and com­pa­nies means that I can tai­lor your learn­ing pro­gram pre­cise­ly to your needs and can also under­stand many dif­fer­ent chal­lenges you may face at work.
